Booking links · Native invites · A careful AI
Scheduling, minus the back and forth.
Share one link. Guests pick a time that is truly free across your calendars, and the invite sends itself. No accounts for guests, no double bookings, no reply chains.
Free forever for one link. No card required.
One link does the work.
Connect your calendars
Google, Outlook, and Zoom, as many accounts as you like. LumenCal reads busy times from all of them, so a slot is only offered when it is genuinely open everywhere.
Share one link
Define your meeting types once: duration, hours, buffers, daily caps. Your page shows live availability in the guest's own timezone, and it stays honest to the minute.
Invites send themselves
The moment a guest confirms, a native calendar invite lands on both sides, with the Meet, Teams, or Zoom link inside. Reschedules and cancellations update the same event in place.
The Agentic tier
An assistant that asks before it acts.
Wake up to a brief of your day, written at the hour you choose. Ask in plain language to find time, move a meeting, or clear an afternoon. The agent checks your real availability, then proposes. Every change waits for your approval, and one switch turns the whole thing off.
- →A morning brief that knows your whole day
- →Scheduling by conversation, grounded in live availability
- →Reschedules and cancellations, proposed and never assumed
Honest pricing.
Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel any time; your data stays either way.

Fair questions.
Do my guests need an account?+
No. Guests open your link, pick a time, and enter their name and email. The invite arrives in their calendar like any other, and a private manage link lets them reschedule or cancel without signing up for anything.
Which calendars and meeting tools work with it?+
Google Calendar and Outlook for availability and events; Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or Zoom for the meeting itself, with the join link created automatically. You can connect several accounts, and availability is merged across all of them.
Can the AI change my calendar on its own?+
No, and this is a design decision rather than a missing feature. The agent can read your schedule and draft proposals, but every new booking, reschedule, or cancellation waits for your explicit approval. There is also a single switch that turns the agent off entirely.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?+
You move to the free plan at the end of your billing period. Your bookings, event types, and history all stay; the free limits simply apply to anything new. You can manage or cancel any time from Settings.
Is my calendar data safe?+
Calendar access runs through scoped OAuth you can revoke at any moment, from LumenCal or from your provider. We store busy and free times to compute availability, not the contents of your events, and we never sell data.
